Please contact the Maintenance Department at 503-287-4346 for status updates on previously submitted maintenance requests.
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES:
The Maintenance Department is available 24-hours a day for emergencies only, including lockouts. To contact a Maintenance Technician after hours or on weekends, please call our main office at 503-287-4346, then dial 5. Your call will be routed to a pager, and a Maintenance Technician will respond promptly.
The following events constitute an emergency: fire (please call 911 before contacting our office), break-ins/theft (please call 911 before contacting our office), flooding or cracked pipes, lock-outs.
